[Al_is_venting]

I am running latest distribution of Ubuntu 10.4 if i remember correctly.

When i fire up XBMC and go to watch select a movie i am able to see that little preview,(box with a picture) but once i click to play, screen does not display any images. Just some random collors.

If i play them in regular player on same system they work just fine. Btw they are .AVI files. I thought XBMC supported all files....

Any input will be appreciated.

Set render method to basic shaders(arb), or upgrade to the dharma release, or upgrade the ati drivers.

The ATI driver is most recent...or at least so i think.

Ill give the render a shot!
