The movies don't play smoothly, synchronized with the screen, which is clearly true if I run 720p and 1280x720 where Hz is wrong. My TV supports 24p but my HTPC don't like it really. So either I get 720p that do not play smoothly (because of the wrong Hz), or is out of sync with 24p. Sometimes it works pretty good with 24p but only 1 of 10 times.
What can I do to make it work better? DXVA is enabled. I Run Dharma Beta 2 on Windows 7 with latest drivers for my HD3200. Would a cheap gfx-card make it better? Recommend me some?
My setup:
TV: Panasonic Viera TH-50PX8E
HTPC: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000 +, Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H (with Radeon HD 3200), 2 GB of memory
