Flash (the square) beta will use crystalhd under Linux. It has to be the 3.6.0 driver/lib or above. Install Flash to firefox, then update the flash lib with the square beta. Flash in the browser (or Hulu desktop) will be crystalhd accelerated. Watch dmesg and you will see it being used.

Flash "square" supports intel tiger. Could it work with firefox on appletv osx?

If flash square beta for osx used the crystalhd card for accelerated decode, I think I would have mentioned it Smile
