Yes, it's been a while, at least on Windows, that DXVA decoding and deinterlacing for VC-1 1080i has been implemented.
For troubleshooting and bug reporting please make sure you
read this first (usually it's enough to follow instructions in the second post).

Has this recently stopped working again in the October Gotham cycle? Some files that previously worked now just crash XBMC.
