What version of XBMC have you installed? If you're using the Dharma beta then everything is an addon and you'd use Settings, Addons to install Grooveshark.

Please post via pastebin full debug logs !!
The normal XBMC log IS NOT a debug log, to enable debug logging you must toggle it on under XBMC Settings - System or in advancedsettings.xml. Use
XBMC Debug Log Addon to retrieve it.

you're not trying to install an dharma compatible addon but an old plugin/script that is not compatible anymore..

generally it's specified where you are downloading it, or check in plugin/script forum, you can also see if there's an addon.xml in the zipfile, if not, that's not a dharma addon
