I know there is a way to disable certain views, but I think it was in Alaska where you could basically lock your views. By doing this the change view menu was completely hidden. Nice for once you have your views all setup and don't want someone who is clicking around change things accidentally.

it's been on my to-do list for a while.
not sure when i'll get to it, but one of the future versions will have a kiosk mode.

added kiosk mode to the svn version of T!
Skin Settings > Enable kiosk mode.
kiosk mode disables the left menu in Videos, Music, Programs, Pictures, etc...
if anything else should be disabled, let me know.

So how do you start a Picture Slideshow if the sidemenu is not available ?
Besides that: good job to add a kiosk mode, setting up views and sorting is a configure job, should not be available to the regular viewer IMO.
