i'm not sure if this is a bug or a limitation of the xbox or not but when you change the volume using the right thumbstick the volume slider comes up, but if you wanted to navigate the menus you cannot until the volume slider disappears....why is that? it's really annoying since navigating and adjusting volume can be done simultaneously. anyone know if this is a limitation of the xbox or something else?

it's because the volume control is a modal dialog box. no doubt it'll be changed to modeless at some point.

nothing you can do (unless you're willing to do the code) until then.
