First off I love XBMC and I am using the AEON skin.

Lets say I select tvshows everything shows up like I want and I can browse in showcase mode.

When I press backspace to get back to home it takes me to a page that shows in showcase mode but without thumbnails tvshows/recently added movies/recently added episodes/playlists/video plugins/movies.

When I am browsing and press backspace I would like it to just go to the homescreen.

My issue is probably too simple to fix because I searched and found nothing.

You have to remap backspace to have the function as escape. I believe on the wiki their is a guide to remap keyboard buttons.

Thanks I figured it out simply modify the xml for keyboard and change backspace from parentdir to previous menu.
