I currently use WMC7 with TMT and have been thinking of moving to XBMC. Before I do that I do have a few questions. I've gone through the threads but still not quite clear on the following questions. I'm hoping someone can provide some assistance.
Hardware in my HTPC is an I3-530 CPU and a H55 Gigabyte MB with integrated video. I output via HDMI to my receiver. I only use my system for watching movies and tv shows...and checking the weather.
What I'd like to know is with XBMC can I use TMT as the external player for movies and using TMT bitstream/lpcm HD Audio to my receiver?
Is the launching of TMT seamless with XBMC as it is with MCE or are there issues with this? I've read a thread where there seems to be some issues but I'm not sure if this is just one or two people having problems or a general problem with XBMC and TMT?
Grouping of Movies. When importing movies is it possible to group movies? For ex, One title called James Bond Films, then when I select that I get a listing of all the James Bond Films in my library.
TV Shows. Similiar to above. I believe it is possible but just want to confirm. Go to TV Shows, getting a listing, select a TV show ex Lost, then next screen displays all seasons, then all episodes withing that season?
Thanks in advance
