In reference to this post http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=84027 (which i skimmed & answered totally wrong! lol) got me thinking about displaying icons in file mode panels for images that are missing.
So i tried to implement the image is empty via a Control.GetLabel trick in a panel (in item layout & focused) & unless im doing something wrong the image alway returns empty.
but if i in case the panel in a group & do the the same at the end of the group it works but only for the focused item.
If i remember hitcher asked the same Q afew months back & i think he found a work a round but never said.
Can someone else confirm this, & if so i'll put a ticket on trac.
