Sometimes when I run XBMC (latest non-beta in repo) in Linux (Ubuntu 10.10), I have no audio. However, the "clicking" sometimes works even when video audio doesn't. It's like another device already has the audio device locked up, but Boxee seems to work. One day it will work and another day it won't.

I have tried analog and digital output. I get no audio to my receiver (via spdif or analog) or through my HDMI.

What do I need to post (logs and their locations please) to get help?

Thanks, but all I have is one sound card and two devices (analog and digital), of which I tried both. By the way, I just checked and now the sound is back...it's sooooo frustrating.
