Hi,

Has anyone succeeded in this setup ? All i get is black screen... Desktop installation it works with HDMI only connection but not minimal.

My setup :-
Ubuntu 10.10 minimal
ATI 5570 1GB DDR3 Low Profile HDMI to TV
TV - Sony LCD 32"

I can get to terminal (CTRL+ALT+F1) but not in X Windows when it's connected via HDMI.

Summary :-
Ubuntu minimal + 5570 HDMI = No Display
Ubuntu desktop + 5570 HDMI = Got Display
