I just got the Harmony 650 and set it up to control my AppleTV.

Because I lost my appleTV remote, I have XBMC setup to login to XBMC automatically on boot.

When it starts, if I press the buttons on the remote, I can hear the different tones of beeps, but the menu doesn't move.

If I go to the Input menu, I can see that under the remote option, I have none, Standard, Harmony, Universal. I tried with all of them and nothing happens.

Can anyone help me with a quick tutorial on how to properly set it up?

I figured it out. It looks like the XBMC autostart somehow causes an issue. I disabled autostart and left the input menu in XBMC in 'standard'.

Now everything works fine!
