I want to make a welcome screen that only shows the first time a user opens a skin. Is there a simple way to do this?

A first-time setup screen of some sort? Don't know how to do it, but would be nice to see skins support this.

skins shouldn't need a first time set up screen they should work like every other skin

Refocus's is decent cuz it's only 1-2 seconds, I always thought Aeon's was too much. Plus don't forget probably 90% of users will just click right thru it and not read whatever is on there...
