Ok this possible bug is a bit obvious so either no one noticed it or I am doing something very wrong

To reproduce:
1. Set volume to about 5% (in order to be obvious)
2. Start a video (volume still at 5%)
3. Stop video
4. Navigate the menus --> volume is reset to 100%

If you press vol+ or vol- (remote control) then the volume is set where it should. If you start a new video then the volume is set where it should as well

(System is ubuntu linux 10.10 x64, hand compiled XBMC from latest SVN)

Its been a problem for quite some time. Myself and others have mentioned it in the past but it doesn't seem to get any attention. I haven't determined if its a bug, settings problem, platform specific or what.
