the slideshow feature has evolved into a very nice way of displaying pictures to a larger audience and we use it a lot. but it would excel even more with the option to start a slidshow from an arbitrary point of entry (picture).

if you for instance bail out to launch some music to accomodate the show, you have to start all over from the first picture again.

the way i envision it to work would be to keep the focus of a thumnail after browsing (the thumbs) and then pressing left arrow to reach the slideshow button. the show would then start from that particular picture.

press the white button whilst on the pic you want to start with, and then use the slideshow button on the context menu.
