Is there a working release for a Zotac Zbox
#1
Hi Guys

I recently bought a Zotac Zbox ID-11.

I'm wondering if there is a PPA or something out there that i can install that will detect and install my Wifi as well as the GPU with out hacking to configure them.

I have been pulling my hair out for 3 days now trying to get everything working.

I know to the linux folk out there this really seems easy but to me and most likely others not that straight forward Oo

Would be great if someone added the drivers to an XBMC build so it was 'built in'

If i knew how to do it i would have definitely compiled a build for fellow XBMC enthusiasts using Zotac machines as there HTPC's.

Have you tried openelec.tv - I'm pretty sure that those builds work with zotac machines.

I installed XBMC over a full Ubuntu 10.04 desktop - wireless was detected without a problem. Doesn't change the fact that wireless on that box stinks, though...
