Any chance Kodi will be adding  or expanding actor pages. Currently when I click on an actor it just has a list of his/her movies in my kodi list. I'm curious if this will ever be expanded to include additional information such as biographical information and other stats. (I.E. Date Of Birth, Where they were born, ect).

No plans on the forseeable future. But that is why we have add-ons. ExtendedInfoScript add-on will provide additional actor data from IMDB.
