I have installed the last Dharma release today. Since then, XBMC chrashes every time during startup. The Errormessage itself doesnt' tells so much. If have activated Loglevel 1 and the log is posted

I had found one Thread that seems to be a littel similar, but is relatet to a linux system and release 9.11

XBMC will not work via remote desktop.

XBMC isn't guaranteed to work with remote desktop, but some people have managed to get it to work. It seems to depend on the phase of the moon and which way the wind is blowing.

Try going into System settings, System, Video output and enabling "Use a fullscreen window etc" and see if that helps (NB this may slow video rendering). Also make sure your RDP client is using 32 bit colour.

I would have not thougt, that it is caused by the remotedesktop. Thanks a lot. I have now started XMBC once on the original display and everything works fine. By the way. Since then, also XBMC via RDP is ok again.
