why is my C: drive being scanned for movies ?

Question
Hi to all, this is my first post and I have been lurking for info for quite a while now.
I have been using Darhma for a month now and I am loving it. I am quite impressed with XBMC over "ALL" the other media centers/players available.

The problem that am I encountering is that XBMC is somehow using my c: folder as a sources folder, I have not added it in myself as one of the sources. No movies are on my c drive...
I am getting blank boxed movies being scanned and fed into the videos and movies applets.
A lot of them come from the c:\users\ sub folders area.
There are definitely no movies or videos present in these folders..
I have looked at the C:\Users\Daddio\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\userdata\sources.xml file and I do not see that path inside of it.

Is there a way to exclude c: drive from being scanned.
Thanks!
and HAPPY NEW YEAR !!! Smile

If there is nothing in the videos > sources that includes an entry on your c: drive you may want to remove the movies.db file and start fresh.

I may have to try that. This a new install of RC2 over RC1 of Darhma
There are no entries being shown.
The false movies just show up in the browse movies applet..
here's one path, when I right click on the movie and select movie info --- "/program files(x86)/VSO/Convertx4/unins000.dat"

I hope this is OK to post this -- this is my sources.xml file --- are the first 2 paths listed, the problem?
also -- I can not find a movies.db file anywhere to delete
