I have a lot of questions. OK. I bought a xmq box and when I hooked it up. It goes right into the Xbox screen. I would like it to go to Android. Also I can't get to settings to input my Wi-Fi as there no android screen. Also after all that is figured out. Do I delete xbmc and download kodi or does it update automatically. Will I lose all my videos if I do download a new version or does the Xmq box save them

I suspect you bought a mxq box. There is no xbox screen on Android 4.4, probably MBOX splash. Your chances of getting support here are slim to none for a reseller box. You should cut your losses and dump that box and get one with an s812 processor and real support!
