Hello,
I recently isntalled the newest flavor of xbmc on both my mac laptop and windows 7 x64 desktop...with media companion i downloaded all the episode information etc...which put those files in the directories of the shows and movies...once all that was downloaded i then told xbmc where the tv libraries and movie libraries are (both NAS)...on the mac everything works like a charm, loads up shows me new shows etc...but on the windows machine it seems to choke and crash once i go to browse any show
the reason for the title of episode limit is i have over 190 shows archived which amounts to 13,000+ episodes.

imtammer, ditto what stoli said. Also, if you need help figuring out how to post a debug log, check my signature and click the link on how to post windows problems.

thankyou for all the help despite FishOil's troll-ish response.
Nate, I was following the instructions on your sig-link to get the debug log, however when i go to click settings it crashes again. I will continue to try, however should i be doing something else instead?

It looks like you may have some corrupt files? Have you tried moving those Boston Legal files outside the scanned directory and seeing if that fixes the issue?

Another guess is the path may be too long for the rar files. Try blacklist's suggestion and scan again. This time paste your entire log file to pastebin.com and then post the url after you have submitted that.

Doesn't look like debug was enabled, but it also doesn't look like that machine likes your paths:
Error getting smb://KHEMT/Videos/Public/TV/Boston Legal/
Error getting rar://smb%3a%2f%2farchive%2fvideo%2fT.......
the end of the log is filled with those errors.
