Can anyone explain why it is that when I scrape my movies it loads the default poster in the default thumb size (as defined in <thumbsize> in advancedsettings.xml), however when I choose a different poster from those scraped from themoviedb.org etc it loads it in its original resolution?

Even if I choose the poster that is scraped by default, it will re-load it in full quality, meaning it takes longer to load when browsing my movies.

Hope that makes sense. Basically I'm asking is it possible to have all thumbs stored in the resolution defined in <thumbsize>?

Anyone have any ideas?

I don't know if I have something set up wrong, it just seems odd that XBMC disregards the <thumbsize> setting whenever I choose a different movie poster.
