Two nfo's for one movie?

I have a few ISOs where there's two movies on one disc, like the Sans Solei/La Jetee Criterion disc.

Is there a way to have two seperate movie.nfo/fanart/thumbs that both link to the same movie file?

50 TB Unraid Server: Docker Apps: SABnzbd, Sickrage, mariaDB
