I'm trying to add additional TV episodes that are not part of the standard season (ex: bonus content/alternate season ending/unaired pilot) however these do not show up in library mode (I assume bcause they cannot be scraped?) how do I get these 'extras' to appear in library mode?

Use TheTVDB.com for the scraper.
Go to www.thetvdb.com
Search for your show
There is a Specials Catigory
Find your special episodes and name them appropriatly

i.e. Battlestar Galactica Miniseries is Battlestar Galactica S0 E1
