But a more up-to-date guide would be the one from Henry Ford: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=166401

You can make easy links to the XBMC wiki using double brackets around common XBMC words: [[debug log]] = debug log, [[Video library]] = Video library, [[SMB]] = SMB , [[userdata]] = userdata, etc

hi, i have been using xbmc for over a year now and i trully like it. I have it working with my harmony remote for the most part. The one thing i cant seem to figure out is how to make the remote use the search function to select letters, because of this i have to leave a mouse so i can click on the letters. is there a fix for this. Thanks for your Help

Can anyone tell me if this guide is still available? I've tried the two links and they no longer exist. I'm new to XBMC and I know that the guide would be a great help. I recently purchased a configured G Box and under the video tab it displayed four selections One Channel, ITV and two other add-ons that I could than choose a service that I wanted to watch. I've also just changed my skin to AEON MQ4 and now none of those options are displayed. The only way that I can choose a service is by selecting add-on and than choosing One Channel, Extreme Sport, PBS etc. How do I display those items under the video tab

Thanks!!!

Hi

I Just bought a box on recommendation from a friend, went into xbmc, all the add ons added in etc but when i search for anything nothing comes back. I assume the connection to my router is fine as the add ons did what they needed to, any ideas?
