Choppy MKV playback
#1
Hi,
i am running XBMC Dharma final release on a Asrock ION 330. I have a set of mkv video files which play very choppy, while other mkv files are fine.

Below the MediaInfo log of this mkv. Does anybody have an idea why this cannot be played with XBMC while it works fine on VLC ?

How about a debug log while playing the problem file - and then once without the problem

(but first clear out the debug log by closing XBMC and reopening it...)

I was having similar issues with 1080p mkv files, some were choppy and others played fined. I went and recoded the files that were having issues using handbrake and now they play perfect.
