This barely qualifies as customized, but I do find it useful, so I wanted to post a link here for anyone interested in doing the same thing. Basically what it's doing is replacing the PVR / TV option buried in the Transparency skin with a direct link to the script that launches MythBox. There are other ways to accomplish the same thing in the skin, but I liked this method best and wanted to share it.
