I've been unable to get XBMC Live to work on my old laptop.
XBMC Windows works well on this laptop. Ubuntu Desktop edition works too, but every time I boot XBMC-LIVE it crashes and black screens.
I created an xorg.conf file, (via command-line mode) and tinkered with that to no success. I'm pretty sure the solution will be by modifying that file, but I don't know what options I have to set?
Laptop is old Centrino Pentium-M ; Graphics chip is Intel 82852/82855 GM/GME Graphics Controller.
My desired resolution is 1024 x 768 @ 60 Hz
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
