I've been going back and forth between buying a barebone or assembling my own HTPC. Currently using my laptop as HTPC but it doesn't handle 1080p that well, and can't use hardware acceleration.
I love the look of the asrock vision 3d but the unit itself is just WAY over my budget. Is there any case similar in design? I don't really appreciate the design of most mini-itx cases.

Regarding the ready built barebones, what would you pick with a budget between 200-300 $.
Silent, 1080p, wireless and gbit lan.. ODD not required at this time. Seems zotac have updated their line recently, are there anything new from their line worth looking at?
