Hey everyone. I'm going for a minimal setup, with everything going through my htpc.
Including my gaming systems.
I've been looking at one of these:

and would think it would be great if i could have my xbox 360 plug into that via hdmi, this way my pc could output sound to my connected class-d amp and send the video the the tv.
as it is right now, i run the xbox 360 to the pc on another input and send the sound back down to the amps other line in. which results in me having to switch both my amp and tv to the select inputs.
i know, so much work
but this is all about convenience and having a slick setup. anyone have any idea on if what im trying to achieve is possible?
