Updated first post with some instructions for people who want to try this:

What you need:
Firefox with a profile named "XBMC" installed on a folder without spaces in the name

DivingMules XBMC plugin: http://ubuntuone.com/p/eZc/ (you might want to also update to this file http://dl.dropbox.com/u/771890/default.py for some new stuff)

Full Fullscreen: fullscreen on firefox startup
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox...ullscreen/

Real Fullscreen: removes top border on fullscreen
https://addons.mozilla.org/el/firefox/ad...ullscreen/

Greasemonkey: allows userscripts on firefox
https://addons.mozilla.org/el/firefox/ad...asemonkey/

Firefoxbmc: my userscript that makes every flash video fullscreen and bypasses jtv age verification
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/771890/firefoxbmc.user.js

Bind a button on your remote/gamepad etc to Alt-F4

To add to the above post. I use this guide to setup a separate Firefox install with a custom profile.
http://www.htmlcenter.com/blog/multiple-...-installs/

It is a little bit of work but makes a nice alternative to a real justin.tv add-on.

@Vrok, Do you have anything new to add, before I post a plugin update. I noticed the own3d pipe doesn't have any output. I'm adding the description tag to the name, seems to work well for the most part.

I haven't added anything to the code since then so go ahead!

I did description -> title last time but it was the reason my ustream pipe was crashing your plugin

Some characters apparently can't become XBMC titles

I added exceptions for those errors. It works ok now. Is there anything we can do with the ustream and livestream pipes to get a better name, discription?

Can you give me your default.py? I'll change the titles if the character problem is fixed

Also is there a way to display a large description on a right frame while browsing in thumbnail mode?
I can do both better title and large description if your plugin allows it.

I went ahead and put it up here - http://code.google.com/p/pipes-xbmc/
If you want to, give me an email address. I can add you as owner and you can have your way with it.

There's not much you can do plugin wise. If xbmc thinks it's a video then you can add a discription to the "movie information" that you get to from the context menu.

What I was really looking for was something short, like what justin.tv does.

Great work Vrok and divingmule!

im watching nasa stream on my plasma right now
that fullscreen script is fantastic.

i hope some day sites like
http://www.freedocast.com/channels.aspx
or even http://www.shadownet.ro/channels.php#
could be done.

i also have a laptop with a remote dongle
when i use alt-f4 its closes firefox
if firefox should minimize instead would it save
reloading time when channel surfing.

I can't make firefox open a url in the same tab from the command line. If anyone knows how to force firefox to single-tab and single-window then minimize could work
