I have collated the png's I use for my UK freeview channels for you guys to download - they are high quality 512px square thumbs with transparency, which (hopefully) should look better than the defaults that usually get downloaded...

As a bonus tip for dropbox / tvheadend users try uploading these to your dropbox public folder and linking them in from there. (Might not get picked this way with PVR branch).

p.s. - If anyone has a better source than the ones I have found here let me know and I'll swap them in...

Excellent Work! It's people like you that make these types of projects great! Thank you!

Did a few tests on the transparency on the anti-aliased image contents and they all work great! Did you model them all from scratch yourself? If so, good work!

Any chance of extended this to all the other Freeview channels including HD, e.g. BBC One HD etc?

Again, great work! Thanks! Nod

Have added a few of the old UKTV channels in tonight, as ever if you can do better let me know!

p.s. there is also a new more 4 + 1 logo added in the pack which somehow missed the screen shot...

Cheers-

Nope. Let me know if you want anything in particular. Doesn't the PvR branch populate logos by itself now?

When you say populate by itself do you mean it fetches them from the web or it picks them up from a folder by filename? I know it does the latter...

Mine are 100x100 from a Mediaportal download *eek* but they have a gloss button look to them. Modded a couple and the names should match what tvheadend picks up. What's the advantage in higher res icons? The ones I use look ok in most areas to me...
Anyway folder is here
