some low bitrate streams (http://ccri.eonstreams.com/ccri_fl_tampa_wfla_am.asf for example) have to buffer for several minutes before they can begin playing. perhaps a selectable 32k buffer would be easy to implement?

the minimum value for the cache for internet audio streams is too large. i have one audio stream that takes ~1 minute to cache with the minimum setting.

hmm, using the jan 30 cvs and while the cacheing is better broken out, i'm still seeing 256k as the minimum cache size for internet music, despite what's in the changelog. am i missing something?
