XBMC Shift Issue - Apple TV 2
#1
I have been fiddling around with XBMC on the Apple TV 2. My XBMC image needs to be shifted to the right more on my 46" LCD. I can zoom to compensate but then my entire xbmc image is overscanned. Would deleting the /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/XBMC directory cause this problem? I deleted this directory because I wanted to start over with all my settings. Thanks for the help.

Try:

Settings > System > Video Output > Video Calibration...

You should then be able to adjust the position of your screen's image

Hey thanks. I will give that a try. I totally forgot about that option.

Weird... when connected through HDMI your image should be aligned properly.
It might be too big because of overscan, but it shouldn't be shifted to the left/right...
