I've have an original Apple TV successfully running XBMC, it's even running the same version of the application as my Mac. However unlike the Mac, whenever I activate the internal UPnP server, it cannot be discovered by any other computers on the network. The logs say the server has started successfully and don't seem to report any error which I can find.

If I run the Twonly UPnP server on the Apple TV other computers can detect it, but have never been able to see the XBMC UPnP server.

I thought perhaps the Apple TV (running Take Three) couldn't run a UPnP server but it seems others on the board have it working, so it must be possible.

Has anyone any ideas?
