I have my Harmony One controlling my Plasma TV, HTPC, CD player, HDMI Switch, DVD Player, STB, 2 x AV Receivers. One click to turn on all components required for an activity. I am yet to find something in XBMC that I can not control with the remote. Can't comment on the xbox as it is not in my configuration. There is a perceivable lag but not enough to disturb me.
I can't rate the thing highly enough!
