Hope this post is appropriate here..

Working on getting a local repository going using IIS. My addons are not quite ready for the Google Code/etc public hosting

XBMC reads my repository addon without issue and displays all the addons listed in the specified addons.xml.

However, when I attempt to install any one of the addons, I get the following error:

Using Process Monitor, it looks like the \plugin.image.michigan directory is created (and deleted moments later) from \AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons

Droping the plugin.image.michigan directory directly into \AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons works without issue

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
