I have never run into this before. I had to reinstall Win7 64 on my ZOTAC ND-22 which was running XBMC great before but now I keep getting the d3derr error. I havent changed any hardware on my system so I dont understand why this is happening.

EDIT: did a complete re-install of Win7 and all is good again!
