ive customized the XOT-Uzg.v3 add-on that can already play the swedish channels to play tv3play.no and viasat4play.no But im not sure how to make it into an addon, or if im allowed to.

You should commit the changes (send a patch) to the XOT-Uzg devs so they can add it!

Im told that the next version of XOT will include this mod to enable the norwegian channels. Its supposed to be released to the repository in a week or so
