hardware acceleration: DXVA support
#1
Hi i'm new to Xmbc and have a problem to play full Hd movies it seems the only choice i have is software decoding (my cpu has limited capacities) or pixel shaders both of which don't do the job (=high cpu load) . Perhaps there is a tweak to enable DXVA that i have missed, i have a GT 220 which work great with Dvbviewer or MPC-HC for example.

Thanks for your help

The GT220 supports DXVA2, but not on Windows XP. It requires Vista or Windows 7.
