Please enable debug logging and re-pastebin the log. The crash is most likely due to some bad file that crashes the background steamdetails extract job.

You need to enable debug logging (System settings, System, Debugging).
As I recall, this type of crash is usually related to a corrupted database. If it happens while XBMC is scanning I'd guess it was a problem extracting a compressed file like a rar or zip, but in you log it looks as if the scan finished.

Just to say it was a rar file causing the issue and I'm all sorted.
