Hi,
I got a apple tv2 and xbmc installed, but sometimes my ip adress from the apple tv2 changes suddenly.
This is very annoying when i am using my iphone as remote.
How can i change this?
thanks

In the Apple TV settings menu, there is a way to enter a fixed IP address... this is NOT done inside XBMC.

In low tide on aTV2
Settings->Network->Configure->DHCP manualy. Enter each field include ip address manualy and press done.

If you want to keep using DHCP on the atv2 you can probably create an IP address reservation on your router for the atv2 to get a specific IP (most have this feature, check the router's manual).
Boils down to would you rather make the change on the router or on the atv2. I prefer making the change on the router so when the atv2 gets rebuilt I don't need to manually set it's network info, it stays on DHCP.
