Hi!

I use a hid remote controller, which worked fine till 1 month before, but since than, it temporarly refuse to work, and suddenly (after some minutes) it starts working again.
I can't recall, what program or service I set up those days, it's not supposed to affect the working of the usb system.

If i switch on debugging I see nothing in the xbmc.log (or in `showkey`) on pressing its keys, when it's unresponsive.

Im using XBMC live(10.04, xbmc 10.1) installed to a hard drive.

If I connect the usb->ir to my desktop (10.04 also) it seems to work perfectly.

Do you have any ideas where should I start find the root cause, or just reinstall the system as a solution?
edit: when the hid remote is frozen, I can control the xbmc with my android.
