So i read that if I use a full screen rather than true fullscreen then the vsync is slightly off. I have noticed that on some blu ray movies, there is a sorta of jittery line in the middle of the movie then it goes away. Now if I used a external player for most of my movies and with the full screen option would it still produce the same result?
I got software running in the background and it only works when this option is set, thats why I am asking.
