Ive got a sweet setup so far I add a show refresh my libary updates and adds it into it and shows up i know tvdb has the only way is essex but font some reason it wont add it or find it in my xbmc libary any help please.

you need to name them properly, i hand this probem my self recently. it basically finds the shows and gets thumbs but when you click on the show no episodes show up? Make sure you episodes are name like this S01E01 (Season 1 Episode 1 )
