I ripped my whole library with MakeMKV and I kept the English subtitles packaged in. Now whenever I watch a movie for the first time it starts with the subtitles on. I can go in and turn the off but it is kind of annoying to do every time. Is there anyway to make it so the subtitles are not on by default? But I want to keep them as an option. Thanks!

After you turn them off scroll down the list of options and click 'Set as default for all videos'.
