Hey all....looking to buy a machine for mostly XBMC usage, but also some light browsing, unrar'ing, etc. Not much if any netflix streaming.

I'm torn between these two machines

The first is the Acer AX3910-U4022. Intel Pentium dual-core E5800 3.20GHz, 1TB HDD with Integrated Intel GMA X4500HD Graphics.

The second is the Acer AspireRevo AR3700-U3002 which I'm sure most are familiar with. ( Intel Atom D525 1.8GHZ, Integrated NVIDIA ION Graphics)

The AcerAX3910 is only about 60 bucks more and offers a 1TB drive and 4 Gigs of memory, while the AR3700 has only 250 gigs HDD, 2 gigs of memory.

I'm just not sure which machine will offer the better performance (CPU and Video). Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks.
Sorry...forgot to mention both will be running Windows7
Acer AX3910-U4022 hands down,,,
but at that price, you could obviously build you own custom HTPC,
if your into building it yourself!!

see this amazing build for reference --> http://ow.ly/1sUsyz
for $384, thats a strong HTPC!!
So the onboard video for the 3910 is pretty decent? I've hear so many good things about the Nvidia ION, so I wasn't sure how the X4500HD would stack up.

Thanks for the input.
its Pentium dual-core E5800 alone is enough to play 1080P
