Can't really think of any good solution.

The only thing which I could come up is forcing original title if the selected title language doesn't equal 'USA / International', but that would lead to non-preferred results as well. In this case a Brazil movie would be displayed by its Brazilian title eventhough you selected Italy.

For the time being I think I will stay with the original scraper, and edit by hand titles which were not correctly retrieved. Annoying, but survivable.
