Below works for me for primetime and daytime. No go on the classics.
In addition to the edits above, I also changed the script to show the large thumbnails. All credit to andyman for fixing this!

Confused where is the file to download?
Thanks for the feedback. I didn't upload a file before because the video meta data is still not correct, but I'm looking in to that now. Also, I'll take a look at the classics to see what's different. Any other feedback would be appreciated.
Update on the cbs script:
* video descriptions, etc. are working now
* large thumbnail
* Classics still not completely working (problem was StarTrek links and the video list for classics is different)
Since my fix requires scraping each video link for the description and other data, the whole thing seems very slow to me now. I would appreciate it if other could test and maybe look at the code for optimization.

How do I add the new file?
Thanks
yes! worked for me too!
ATV 2
Frodo 12.1
a little bit slower... but it's not that bad. I can live with it.
thanks!
Could some please explain exactly how I get the correct file and where to install it?
Thanks
@gate1975mim - really depends on what system you are running. probably why no one is responding to you.
too little information.
@gate1975mim as locomot1f mentioned, no one know which system you're running if its windows, I just went to the link provided above, copied the text, saved it in a current .py file and saved as cbs.py.
Drop the file in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\xbmc\addons\plugin.video.free.cable\resources\lib

i know it's a few weeks later, but i was having the same issue, wife wants to watch The Client List - turns out that going to the Lifetime site to watch the episode requires you login to your tv provider, either xfinity or directv were the two choices. i don't suppose Free Cable can get around that

Why? Oh God, why? Life is too short and precious to waste even a moment of it watching "The Client List".
